Om tjänsten

Internrevisionen har som uppgift att självständigt eller i team granska och utvärdera effektiviteten i den interna kontrollen och styrningen inom TMHE. Som medlem i vårt team får du möjlighet att arbeta i en proaktiv roll där du får ha helhetsperspektiv, göra riskanalyser och se samband. Med din förståelse för processer och riskanalyser bidrar du till att verksamheterna i koncernen når sina mål genom dina råd och ditt stöd. Du lämnar förslag till förbättringar av processer i syfte att verksamheten ska bedrivas på ett ändamålsenligt, effektivt och säkert sätt vilket i slutänden skapar en trygghet för företagets ledning och ägare.

Arbetet utförs både självständigt och i team med andra internrevisorer samt i samarbete med lokala ledningsgrupper i hela organisationen. Tjänsten är placerad på vårt huvudkontor i Mjölby och arbetet utförs både i Mjölby, på distans samt hos koncernbolagen runt om i Europa.

Kvalifikationer

Vi tror att du har arbetat som internrevisor tidigare eller har arbetat i ett större bolag där du fått god kännedom om processer och intern kontroll. Har du arbetat som externrevisor hos en revisionsbyrå och granskat större, gärna internationella bolag och vill arbeta och fördjupa dig i ett större bolag tror vi att detta kan vara rollen för dig. Har du inte erfarenhet av att arbeta självständigt som revisor kommer vi att kunna vägleda dig så att du på sikt blir mer självständig i rollen och med tiden kan utföra revisioner på egen hand.

I grunden har du en akademisk utbildning och minst 2-3 års arbetslivserfarenhet. Din engelska behöver vara flytande i både tal och skrift och det är viktigt att du som person är nyfiken, villig att lära och anpassa dig liksom att du har förmågan att vara flexibel och proaktiv. Du har en positiv attityd, stark samarbetsförmåga och en genuin passion för att göra saker bättre. Du har även ett strukturerat och välorganiserat arbetssätt.

Du samarbetar bra med andra människor och du kan lyssna och vara mottaglig för motparten och anpassa din kommunikation till situationen, men är också en person som skapar kontakter och bygger nätverk.

Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) is expanding its Group Internal Audit function and we are currently looking for a Internal Auditor to the Internal Audit team. TMHE Internal Audit team helps TMHE group accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance and control processes.

Your new position

As Internal Auditor you will participate in the full audit cycle and perform several different assignments to ensure the efficiency of processes and internal controls. Working with risk assessments and proactively recommending process improvements is an important part of the work. The assignments are performed both independently and in teams and in strong collaboration with local senior management teams throughout the organization.

This position is located at our headquarter in Mjölby and includes frequent international travelling (when traveling is possible). You will report direct to our Head of Internal Audit.

Your challenge

- Drive controls and risk awareness across organisation in order to improve control and risk culture of the organisation and also securing compliance with J-SOX regulation
- Manage all parts of the audit process for the audits you are assigned to carry out, i.e. develop audit programs, perform fieldwork, identify suitable recommendations and write audit reports


- Follow up on status of agreed actions and conduct follow-up audits to verify implementation of actions
- Actively participate in continues improvements of the internal audit function


Your qualifications

You have at least 5 years’ experience from working with internal or external auditing and consultative working methods and relevant academic degree within finance, business or similar. You also have experience from working in an international environment.

You also

- Have positive attitude, strong collaboration skills and a genuine passion for making things better
- Have a structured and well-organized way of working
- Have proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations. Experience from US SOX or J-SOX is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Communicate effectively with strong business English, both in speech and in writing
- Have the ability to undertake frequent international travelling when traveling is possible


As we are a small team, you will partly be working on projects by yourself and therefore must be able to work independently. The Internal Auditor’s curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt are essential to succeed here as well as the ability to be flexible and proactive.
