The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the policy framework that supports our compliance efforts across Europe. You will ensure that our internal policies and instructions are clear, consistent and aligned with both legal requirements and TICO's global standards.
Your work will directly contribute to a strong compliance culture by providing practical guidance, monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring that our policies remain relevant and effective. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, translating complex legal requirements into accessible and actionable internal guidance.
This position is part of our Compliance Department and reports directly to the Regional Chief Compliance Officer of Toyota Industries Europe.
Your responsibilities
Develop, revise and manage internal policies and instructions across the European organisation.
Ensure consistency with legal standards, regulatory requirements and internal governance principles.
Provide practical compliance support to teams, helping them interpret and apply policy requirements.
Track changes in relevant legislation and industry practices and adjust policies accordingly.
Convert regulatory language into user-friendly guidance tailored to operational contexts.

Your profile
3+ years experience in corporate legal compliance or related legal advisory roles.
Expertise in regulatory compliance and legal risk management.
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate legal policies and compliance frameworks.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Excellent policy drafting, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent university degree.

Your Position
TIE is expanding its team within the tax function and is now looking for a committed Transfer Pricing Specialist to join the team. In this role you will contribute to helping the TIE group to accomplish its objectives by bringing first class guidance and support in the field of tax. In this role you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Transfer Pricing systems as well as the compliance work like master file, local file and CbCR.

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will interact with colleagues from our other business units across the TIE group in Europe including Toyota Material Handling Europe, Vanderlande, and viastore as well as TICO in Japan. Some international travelling is included in this role.

In this role you report to Head of Tax, Henrick Nijman.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure that the transfer pricing methodology is supporting the business.
Oversee our Pricing Strategy & policies.
Identify & manage transfer pricing & tax risks.
Establish automated controls and monitor process within your area.
Compliance support & monitoring.
Assist in projects linked to transfer pricing.
Support for local finance function during tax audits.

Your Profile:
At least 5-7 years proven experience as a Transfer Pricing Specialist or similar role.
Experience as an In-house tax consultant/expert.
Working knowledge of Transfer pricing models.
Willingness to contribute hands-on (e.g. documentation) and also able to understand accounting processes in relation to design and implementation of TP controls.
Proficiency in working with automated systems.
Fluent in English, with a high level of proficiency in both written and oral communication.
Master's degree in tax or economics or related field.
