YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a person with the following characteristics:

* Experience from relevant ERP/MRP/sales systems such as Oracle Enterprise One, MS Dynamics etc.
* Extra merit if you know other internal systems used in TMHG group
* Extra merit for experience from Oceania region
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent MS office skills
* Fluent in English
* Be able to accommodate cultural differences within working relationships

YOUR CHALLENGE

Your core responsibilities are to make sure that our sales are thoroughly followed up and properly analyzed. In the end it will also include taking care of the central function of pricing and margin management. Close cooperation with our office in Japan regarding budgeting, forecasting and Annual Sales Planning.

This includes:

* Maintain our Pricelists and discount structure
* Make sure that Sales are followed up and reported to the Toyota Material Handing International AB management
* General administrative support within the Sales department and our company as a whole
* Cooperate with all areas of TMHI to align a unified face to the market and our distributors

Regional Service Manager - Latin America

We are looking for a motivated team member with a technical and preferably also a commercial background who will be responsible for the support of the service and technical business towards our distributors and sales companies. Your role is to make sure our Distributors and Sales Companies have the tools, information and processes to ensure service operations quality, maximize service contract coverage and develop technician knowledge. We are currently looking for someone to support our business in parts of Latin America.



YOUR CHALLENGE

* Service Business and Operations Support - To coach the staff at the Distributor/Sales Company on service product sales and -implementation, service contracts, parts business as well as service operations quality.

* Technical Training - To identify and monitor technical training needs. Carry out training and coaching of the Distributors/ Sales Companies.

* Technical Support - To coach our distributors/Sales Companies regarding technical support, but also monitor and support quality work on behalf of our factories.

You probably have experience of service operations in TMH or in similar business/industry. You should be organized and have coaching and/or leadership experience. It is a necessary to have a Technical background either by training and/or work experience, in the Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical field, while experience with technical training and technical support is a benefit. Commercial experience will help you drive the business side and is therefore meriting, but most important is the right mindset. Should you have knowledge and/or experience in programming, this would be considered a plus. We expect you to be fluent in English as well as either Spanish or Portuguese.
