Om tjänsten
I rollen som legal advisor blir du en del av Purchasing Excellence och du kommer att arbeta nära både den lokala inköpsorganisationen och TMHE Legal & Compliance, som också är baserade i Mjölby. Som Affärsjurist på Toyota kommer du att:

* Rådge, utforma och granska leverantörsavtal inklusive ramavtal, sekretessavtal och utvecklingsavtal, med fokus på riskminimering och regelefterlevnad.
* Stötta komplexa avtalsförhandlingar genom att tillhandahålla kvalificerad juridisk rådgivning som balanserar affärsmässiga och legala mål.
* Samverka med den europeiska Legal & Compliance-funktionen för att inom inköpsavdelningen implementera och koordinera koncerngemensamma riktlinjer och säkerställa harmonisering av avtalsprocesser.
* Utveckla och förvalta interna styrdokument såsom rutiner och guidelines samt genomföra utbildningar för inköpsorganisationen inom affärsjuridiska frågor.

Till tjänsten som Affärsjurist söker vi dig som har:

* Juristexamen eller masterexamen inom affärsjuridik eller motsvarande akademisk utbildning.
* Minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av affärsjuridiskt arbete, gärna med fokus på avtal och inköp.
* Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Your Position
We are expanding our dynamic Legal & Compliance team and searching for a Senior Legal Counsel to join Toyota Material Handling Europe. In this role you will support the TMHE Group and lead the legal strategy for data governance and cybersecurity, supporting the organisations tactical and strategic work and compliance efforts in the area. In this role you will report to the General Counsel, the role is based in Mjölby, with the possibility to work partly remotely.

Your Responsibilities

* Lead our data governance and cybersecurity strategy and keep stakeholders informed on key legal and regulatory developments.
* Translate strategy into concrete plans and drive implementation across the organization.
* Advise management teams and committees on legal matters related to data governance and cybersecurity.
* Drive and provide strategic overview for projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and legal requirements.
* Develop, review, and implement internal policies.
* Monitor regulatory changes and collaborate across Europe to ensure stakeholder readiness, legal alignment, and best practices.

Your Profile

* 8-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with knowledge in data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in an international corporate environment or law firm.
* Genuine understanding of data governance frameworks, cybersecurity regulations, and related EU legislation (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, DORA).
* Solid experience from working with internal compliance activities such as audits, risk assessments and reporting obligations related to data governance and cybersecurity.
* A hands-on mindset and the confidence to step in proactively when you see opportunities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to influence decision-making and educate stakeholders on compliance & risk.
* Master's degree in law (LL.M or equivalent)

The Position
In this role, you take a hands-on lead in developing and executing the insurance and risk strategy across our global industrial operations. It combines strategic perspective with practical ownership: from managing broker and insurer relationships to ensuring our coverage and governance frameworks are effective and aligned with business needs.
You will act as a trusted partner, providing clear insight and practical guidance to colleagues across our material handling and intralogistics businesses. The position is part of our Legal Department and reports directly to the General Counsel of Toyota Industries Europe.

Your Responsibilities

* Manage and develop the insurance and risk management activities, ensuring a proactive and consistent governance framework.
* Asses the needs, identify and address gaps in coverage across our European operations, securing adequate and cost-effective insurance solutions.
* Own the main insurance lines, including broker and insurer relationships and coordinate where relevant with Toyota Industries in Japan and our U.S. sister organisation.
* Oversee the daily management of the insurance portfolio, including claims, renewals, documentation and premium allocations.
* Support operational teams in tender processes and project-related insurance matters.
* Conduct insurance risk trainings and promote awareness across the organisation.
* Assess M&A related risks and conduct insurance due diligence.
* Monitor insurance laws, regulations, and market trends to maintain compliance and continuously optimize coverage.

Your Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in insurance and risk management within complex, international businesses.
* Strong expertise in insurance frameworks, claims handling and risk mitigation for complex international operations.
* Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of managing brokers, insurers and large insurance programs.
* Confident communicator who can adapt to different stakeholders and explain complex matters clearly.
* Analytical mindset combined with practical problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in both Swedish in English, written and verbal.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management is required.

The Position
As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for maintaining, building and further strengthening the Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) group compliance organization and Compliance System as well as managing the Compliance Committee. Your Responsibilities will include
Whistleblowing and investigation
Manage the whistleblowing process and investigations, protect whistleblowers, and ensure timely compliance, incident, and KPI reporting to Toyota Industries (TICO).
Training, communication & culture
Lead compliance training and communication across the TMHE group, promote a speak-up culture, advise management on compliance matters, and drive continuous improvement through structured communication and high-integrity guidance.
Risk assessment & controls
Conduct evidence-based compliance risk assessments and implement adequate frameworks aligned with OECD guidelines, prioritizing mitigation and control testing.
System and governance
Lead and continuously improve the TMHE compliance system-maintaining the whistleblowing framework, aligning strategy with TICO plans, developing clear policies, supervising local compliance teams, coordinating the Compliance Committee, building data dashboards, conducting audits, and ensuring timely resolution of compliance concerns.

Som Contract Manager har du ett övergripande ansvar för inköpsavdelningens avtalsprocess och rapporterar till Inköpsdirektören. Du jobbar tätt ihop med inköparna och stöttar dem med affärsjuridiska råd under hela inköpsprocessen.

På vår Inköpsfunktion i Mjölby arbetar drygt 70 medarbetare med att säkerställa att vi har en stabil leverantörsbas som kan försörja våra behov avseende kvalitet, kapacitet, leveransprecision och kostnad, allt detta med hållbarhet i fokus. Arbetet drivs i projektform och innefattar nyutvecklingsprojekt, optimeringsprojekt och kategoriprojekt.

Till tjänsten som Contract Manager söker vi dig som har en formell utbildning inom juridik. Vi ser gärna att du har några års erfarenhet av inköp, förhandlingar och kontraktsskrivningar, gärna inom större industriföretag. Din affärsengelska bör vara på hög nivå. Vi lägger stor vikt på dina personliga egenskaper. För att passa i rollen behöver du ha god förmåga att arbeta självständigt likväl i team och vara en lösningsorienterad person. Du är kommunikativ och har en fallenhet för att skapa relationer samt bygga och underhålla ditt nätverk.

The position
Toyota Material Handling Europe is now expanding our R&D team with a Product Norm Specialist. In this role you will work with ensuring that our products comply with the latest norms and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of digital policy. You will play a key role in advocating for the companys interests as new digital regulations are developed.

Your Responsibilities

* Represent R&D in different groups & forums
* Be a part of shaping digital policy and product security discussions within Toyota standars and industry associations.
* Monitor new and changed product digital requirements (regulations/norms) and assess its impact on products.
* Support the organization with expert knowledge about product requirements and other relevant norms connected to digital regulations.
* Develop and maintain tools and procedures needed to guarantee product compliance in collaboration with other relevant departments.
* Coordinating R&D activities to fulfil the relevant requirements, guaranteeing the correct information management (also for other similar regulations).

Your profile

* Experience from a similair role
* High knowledge of digital regulations and norms.
* Good knowledge in safety of mobile machines, relevant systems and infrastructure.
* Proficiency in product software, telematics, robotics and systems engineering.
* Analytical approah, who works in a structured and methodical way.
* Team oriented with the ability to build working relationships and consensus
* Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering, system science or law is required.
* Fluency in both English and Swedish written and spoken.

Arbetsbeskrivning:

Som bolagsjurist på TMHE blir du en del av bolagets juristavdelning som utgör en legal stödfunktion huvudsakligen till den europeiska verksamheten. Avdelningen är också ansvarig för compliance med fokus på riskhantering. Du kommer att arbeta i en bred juristroll med allmän affärsjuridisk rådgivning. Framför allt kommer du utgöra ett juridiskt stöd till bolagets centrala säljavdelningar. Fokus i arbetet kommer bestå av upprättande och förhandling av komplexa kommersiella avtal med våra större multinationella kunder och partners. Rollen kräver ett intresse för teknik och en förmåga att applicera juridiken på nya tekniska förutsättningar. Du kommer även att arbeta proaktivt med avtal och utbildningar inom organisationen.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig med juristexamen och minst 5 års yrkeserfarenhet. Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med ovan beskrivna arbetsuppgifter från bolag och/eller affärsjuridisk byrå. Du är van att arbeta självständigt, du är en duktig jurist med stor förhandlingsvana och du har ett utpräglat kommersiellt intresse, gärna med internationell erfarenhet. Erfarenhet av kommersiella avtal är viktigt och om du även har erfarenhet av immaterialrätt, mjukvara och rättighetsfrågor eller erfarenhet från industrin så är det meriterande.

Då stor del av arbetet har internationell prägel är mycket goda kunskaper i engelska i såväl tal som i skrift en förutsättning. Som jurist är du affärsmässig, pragmatisk och resultatorienterad. Du är ansvarstagande och har stor integritet. Som person är du prestigelös, driven och positiv. Du är pålitlig, kommunikativ och har lätt att knyta kontakter med kollegor och kunder. Du har vidare ett intresse för att skapa struktur i arbetet.
